Why is Cooperative Performance Science and Intelligence (CPSI), such as big deal?

CPSI is founded in psychology, sociology, organizational, and cooperative sciences. It is universal to all industries and categories of cooperative environments. Virtually every critical outcome in our personal, professional, organizational, and societal lives are dependent upon cooperative environments, activities and outcomes. The "Safe and Secure Certification Program" is no different. This program is founded in CPSI thus multiple cooperative environments, the activities within those environments and the outcomes or objectives dependent upon those environments and activities. CPSI integrates and aligns the organization to facilitate a safe, secure, effective, and sustainable operation with risk risk, increase satisfaction and capacity. This program includes "Safe and Secure" and the "Cooperative Intelligence" Certifications for employees, managers, leaders and the organization. 

About Mr. Grissom

Mr. Mark Grissom, MPA, FAC-COR III, Licensed Private Investigator, Licensed Remote Pilot in Command (RPIC) (Applied) served in the military and federal government for more than 20 years in positions that include Administrative Officer, Assist Chief and Acting Chief and in the private sector for almost 10 more in positions of Supervisor, Manager and Director. Mr. Grissom has experience in industrial manufacturing, auto-manufacturing, clinical and administrative hospital management, health and safety, HR, EEO, quality control, training, special projects, project management, and achieved the rare FAC COR III federal contracting officer representative certification with substantial work in between $70,000,000.00 and $100,000,000.00 in federal contracts. Mr. Grissom has a Masters in Public Administration with studies in both National Security Affairs and Criminal Justice Administration. Mr. Grissom has a well establish history of innovation to include conceiving and implementing one of the nations first and replicated school violence prevention and intervention programs in 1997. Mr. Grissom has previous held TS Clearance, held certifications and or had significant training in areas such as but not limited to EMT, CHESP, HAZWOPPER and Incident Command. Mr. Grissom was awarded three Navy and Marine Corps Medals, led a Navy Pistol and Rifle Team as its Captain and has continued to maintain firearms skills to include competing is USPSA and IDPA as well as tactical security training for licensure as a private security and protective service contractor. Mr. Grissom has qualified to sit for the Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM) Exam and is preparing to take the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) Exam. Mr. Grissom is championing a Tactical Operation Small and Mirco Drone Training and Research Center working to establish a collaborative of government, defense, and law enforcement agencies to address weaponization, defense, illicit use, and drone investigations and tactical applications.       


What is Grissom Industries Shared Retainer Services Program?

Mr. Grissom has reserved a total of 10, 10 hour monthly retaining agreements for organizations that may not wish to hire or afford to hire a full time high level consultant and investigator across the areas of service provided by Mr. Grissom, however, may wish to and or may be able to afford a monthly $1,500 retainer plus expenses for 10 hours of services per month. This especially allows small, medium, and veteran owned businesses or struggling large businesses to gain access to high level multiple service consulting and services on a reoccurring basis, changing areas of needs as required, and with cost less than a single part time frontline employee. Clients with retainer agreements have access to additional services based on availability at 33% discount on an hourly basis plus expenses. Clients with retaining agreements may choose any of the services provided including EEO and sexual harassment investigations, CPSI training and certification, contract services, safety audits, quality and performance improvement consulting, drone property inspections, web page development, compliance assessments, fraud investigations, background checks, business continuity and SOP audits and development, research and development assistance, project management, waiver of fees for security assessment, training and certification for programs, leader and manager development training and coaching, culture change, change management, 4k web based marketing videos, accident investigations and many other services that small and medium or strolling business may not be able to otherwise access. Clients can retain Mr. Grissom for one or more of the 10 hour monthly time allotments or slots. Large scale service demands are not eligible for these retainers.

I, Mark Grissom, commit all Grissom Industries division and activities to support and partner with ethics centered organizations that have themselves committed to integrity and those who comply with EEO laws. Grissom Industries nor its divisions will push a political narrative on customers. Cooperative Performance Science and Intelligence works hard to focus on providing understanding that allows for cooperation and collaboration between opposing parties and promotes wisdom through diverse thought. Admittedly, no human is perfect, therefore no organization led by humans can be perfect. This said, our customers should be free to have their own perspectives and our consultants equally should be free to have their own perspectives. It is recommended that CPSI training be incorporated across an organization both horizontally and vertically as early as possible to ensure consistency and neutrality.
